Networks Blog Stories 7: Daniel Nieves

Blog story Number 7 is about Daniel Nieves. He has already participated in 9 Networks shows and most recently was an impressive ghost of Jacob Marley in A Christmas Carol (although no one could see his face, of course : )

1. What’s your name? Daniel Nieves Roldán.

2. Do you have a Networks name? Daniel.

3. How many shows have you appeared in? Nine.

4. Name them! Romeo & Juliet, Scrooge.com, Ocean Blue, Make a Wish, My School Musical, Bananas! The Musical, Adventures in Pantoland, Around the World in 80 days and A Christmas Carol.

5. What was your first show? Romeo & Juliet.

6. What are your earliest memories of the shows? I remember the first day of rehearsal in Romeo & Juliet. I went to the office to call my sister because she didn't come to the rehearsal and when I returned Nick started shouting "TWO DOORS, TWO DOORS, TWO DOORS..." and I didn't understand anything.

7. What is your earliest/favourite/scariest memory of Nick? My favourite moment was when he did the Cooking Scene in A Christmas Carol. I don't have a scary memory. And my earliest memory is his sense of humor.

8. What has been your favourite show to date? A Christmas Carol.

9. Do you have a favourite moment in a show or memorable moment in rehearsal? The first day I put on the banana costume in Bananas the Musical.

10. What is your favourite photograph of any production? The group photo of A Christmas Carol.

11. Are there any ideas you’d like to give Nick when he’s planning productions. Stories or subjects that you think might make good shows? I don't have any ideas at the moment.

12. Finally can you sum up Networks Theatre in just one word? Fun!
